By default, this status is automatically set for all users, and means that their friends can contact them in any way. If you send them a message or make a call, they will receive a notification immediately.
Offline
Displayed automatically if the user has closed Envoxi or selected this status manually. In such cases, the user cannot receive calls or instant messages. The user receive notifications about them when the other user is online again.
Away
This status indicates that the user has left the computer and most likely will not respond to you in the near future. However, you can send them a message or call them - the user will receive a message, and if they are close - he will hear the appropriate sound signals
Do not disturb
The user is online, but does not want to be disturbed. If you send a message or call them, the messages will not be accompanied by beeps and will only subtly (a number next to the Envoxi icon in the message area) tell the user that someone has tried to contact them.
Invisible
As you can see, this status has the same icon as the "Offline" status - so, unless the user wants to, you won't be able to find out if they are offline or have set an invisible status in Envoxi. If you send them a message or call them, he will receive the relevant messages, but if the user does not respond, you will not know that they see them.
Blocked
This status is shown for those users you have blacklisted. They will not know that you have blocked them and will think you are "Offline". If they send you messages or try to call you, you will not receive any notifications. It should be noted that you will get all old messages and notifications when you unblock the user.
Unknown
The user has not yet added you from their contact list or provided you with their contact information. When trying to call or send a message, the user will receive a notification only if Envoxi's security settings allow receiving messages and/or calls from anyone.
